Sales and business development managers can get better visibility of opportunities and pipelines even when they are away from their workstations. The KPI functionality allows managers to assess team performance by analysing the activities during specified periods of time.

Users can create leads, opportunities, enquiries, to-do lists and record notes from their mobile device. The Map functionality can be used to view and pin geolocations of companies, sites, enquiries and to-dos.

For existing customers, CRM Mobility provides real time information about the rental history, service history, equipment portfolio and transactions.
